Acapulco Sightseeting Attractions
The historic San Diego Fort is located in Old Acapulco. This fortress has an exception view of the harbor which it was used to protect.
The fort is surrounded by a moat. It was first built almost four hundred years ago in 1616 and was used to defend attacks from pirates. It was rebuilt in 1776 following a massive Earthquake. This is where Acapulco rose from the ocean. It’s a great historic landmark.
Siboney is an elegant piano bar up in the hills above town. It is a great choice for adults who want to go someplace romantic or away from the insane nightclub scene. People in their 40s and 50s who like piano music and good singing will enjoy this place. The ambiance is an elegant and welcome relief from many who need a few hours free from the thunderous nightlife in other clubs. Zucca is a nightclub located right next to Siboney and the crowd caters mainly to sophisticated people older than 25. People in their 40s and 50s are very common here and this is a great place to come after a few drinks at Siboney. This is the place to be seen by the local movers and shakers of Acapulco
Palladium is the biggest and most famous club in Acapulco. It is the center of the action and many say it is the best nightclub in the city. The attractions are quite amazing and unpredictable. Many of the world’s best DJs perform here. The silver fire show!
